Minimate Pro

Experience a unique set of advanced monitoring capabilities when it comes to recording vibration, sound/noise level, or air overpressure. Designed to weather the most extreme conditions, the Minimate Pro can handle anything you can throw at it. The Minimate Pro features a rugged cast aluminum case with a waterproof rating of IP67, making it easy to monitor in wet conditions.

For those challenging applications, such as tunneling, the Minimate Pro includes EMI shielding and built-in noise and anti-aliasing filters to reduce noise and electrical interference.

The Minimate Pro allows you to never miss an event with its zero dead-time. Enjoy up to 10 days of uninterrupted monitoring with the provided internal battery and 64 MB of memory that can store up to 8,000 events, upgradeable to 32,000 events with the extended 240 MB memory option.

The Minimate Pro also boasts advanced recording and reporting features. An arsenal of advanced sensors enhances its monitoring capabilities, recording up to 65,536 samples per second on all channels.

Configure the base unit to one of the following industry standards: International Society of Explosives Engineers (ISEE-2017) or Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN 45669-1).

Features

Reduce Noise & Electrical Interference

For those challenging applications, such as tunneling, the Minimate Pro monitoring units include EMI shielding and built-in noise and anti-aliasing filters; both the sensor and auxiliary channels are isolated.

Rugged & Reliable Design

With a cast aluminum case and a waterproof rating of IP67, the Minimate Pro is rugged and reliable. Designed to handle the most extreme conditions, the Minimate Pro can handle anything you can throw at it.

Flexible Power Solutions

Experience 10 days of interrupted monitoring with its internal battery. The battery life can easily be extended by connecting a solar panel or external battery. Ideal for remote or permanent solutions.

Real-Time OS

Feel confident knowing that you will never miss an event. If the event lasts longer than the preconfigured record time, the Minimate Pro will continue to capture the event. Trigger once, but capture each and every event while keeping your sample size small.

Ethernet

Connect modems directly to a Minimate Pro unit using an Ethernet cable to transfer events using Instantel’s proprietary Auto Call Home feature. The Minimate Pro’s Ethernet capability lets you transfer events more quickly, especially when transferring larger event files. Transfer events to your computer, a server or a cloud-based data hosting system, like Instantel’s Vision. Add in THOR, Instantel’s desktop software solution, and automatically get notifications when you want them.

Advanced Monitoring Features

Do more than just standard compliance monitoring. With the Minimate Pro Series you can connect accelerometers, high frequency geophones, hydrophones or high pressure microphones. Use an Instantel splitter box, and connect up to six hydrophones on one Minimate Pro6! Take advantage of sample rates from 512 to 65,536 samples per second and the 65 kHz sample rate and get sound playback when you connect a Sound Level Microphone.
